Competition of architectural ideas for The World Monument of Love

An Official competition of architectural ideas for The World Monument of Love project is announced. Any participant of the project can send his idea to the competition. You may not necessarily be an architect or an artist to take part in the competition; you should only think up an original idea of The World Monument of Love, draw a sketch and compose a text with project description. Then publish the drawing and the description in your personal section of The World Monument of Love website.

The basic requirements to the architectural idea of The World Monument of Love:

1. The composition should be grand, compared in scale with the Pyramids, the Eiffel Tower and Statue of Liberty.
2. Durable construction materials, rust-proof and aging-resistant, should be used.
3. Symbols used in the composition should have common to all mankind character and do not conflict with different religions and cultures.
4. The project should allow writing on the architectural composition of 2 millions names of the project participants.
5. People from all over the world should have an opportunity to visit The World Monument of Love and leave love signs and symbols at the foundation.

The advisory council will consider all proposed architectural ideas for The World Monument of Love and will choose three most suitable projects. The advisory council in co-ordination with architects will put three selected projects to vote by the project participants. The final decision on the architectural idea for The World Monument of Love will be taken accordingly with the results of the general vote by participants of the project. Then, the advisory council will invite a group of architects to develop an architectural project for The World Monument of Love.

If you have artists, designers, architects or really creative people among your friends, tell them about the project. It’s possible that someone of them will suggest you an interesting idea. Maybe your particular proposal will be selected. If this is the case, your name will be separately written on the architectural composition The World Monument of Love, as the author of the architectural idea.
