These Rules and Conditions, (hereinafter «Rules») are the rules according to which the project «The World Monument of Love» and the official website of the project - http://worldmonumentlove.com, (hereinafter «Website»), is available for your («you» / «yours») usage. By accessing or using the site, you agree to be bound by the Rules set forth below. If you do not wish to be bound by these Rules, you may not access or use the site.

Please, read the Rules carefully before accepting them. After that print these Rules and save. We shall not print out the contract for you, please, print out the Rules and save it yourself. The given Rules can be changed (as is stated below). These Rules are originally stated in English, in case of occurrence any contradictions between Rules translations to other languages and Rules stated in English, the primary and prevailing Rules in English should be considered.

1.2 You agree to accept the given Rules by clicking the link «I agree with the Rules». If you accept these Rules, it means a legally obligatory agreement concluded by these rules between (a) You and (b) Us.

1.3 We recommend, that you have read through our Politics of Confidentiality in which the important information concerning use of your personal data and other information concerning you is contained. Accepting these Rules, you also accept and consent to our Politics of Confidentiality.

2. THE DESCRIPTION OF PROJECT THE WORLD MONUMENT OF LOVE

2.1 Number of participants, that can take part in the project, is limited only to one million persons.

2.2 «The World Monument of Love» project is a non-commercial project. All collected funds will be spent for realization of the project and for the project related purposes.

2.3 The ultimate goal of «The World Monument of Love» project is the construction of a large architectural composition symbolizing love of a person to a person. The World Monument of Love could apply for a rank of the Eighth Wonder on the World on the scale and importance to mankind

2.4 Names of all participants of the project will be written directly on a monument, as names of the founders of «The World Monument of Love». Names will be written as follows: «John Smith ♥ Mary Popins».

2.5 Each participant of the project receives «Passport of Love. The World Monument of Love» in which his name and a name of the beloved person is stated and the text of a declaration of love. «Passport of Love. The World Monument of Love» is issued as the gift certificate and has a unique number. It is possible to check the authenticity of the document on the website of the project «The World Monument of Love» at the address http://worldmonumentlove.com/XXXXXXX where XXXXXXX is the unique number for the «Passport of Love, The World Monument of Love». The participant of the project can order additional copy of his «Passport of Love. The World Monument of Love», and also restore the lost copy.

2.6 Each participant of the project receives his own page on a website of the project «The World Monument of Love» at the address http://worldmonumentlove.com/XXXXXXX where XXXXXXX is the unique number of «Passport of Love. The World Monument of Love» or the Screen Name specified during registration. On this page the participant places his name and a name of the beloved person, a photo or the image not contradicting to the present Rules, the text with a declaration of love, and also can place verses, prose or other message to the beloved person.

2.7 The website of the project «The World Monument of Love» will be accessible on the Internet during the longest possible time; a special fund will be formed for its maintenance. The primary goal of the fund will be maintenance of availability of the website while there will be an Internet and Mankind.

2.8 Architectural composition «The World Monument of Love» will be constructed in a romantic place of a planet the Earth, on a coast of a sea or an ocean on the territory with developed transport infrastructure. Each participant of the project can visit «The World Monument of Love» and find his name on «The World Monument of Love» among the names of the founders.

2.9 The cost of participation in the project is US $100.

3. HOW IT WORKS

3.1 You should register. Pay attention to the correct filling of all forms, especially your name and the name of your beloved person, as the names you input will be specified on «Passport of Love. The World Monument of Love “ and directly on «The World Monument of Love».

3.2 The next step is payment for participation in the project «The World Monument of Love» and payment for mailing to you «Passport of Love. The World Monument of Love».

3.3 Upon completion of the registration procedure and payment, you’ll receive the letter with confirmation to the e-mail address specified by you. The letter will provide a link, by which you’ll be able to see yours «Passport of Love. The World Monument of Love»

3.4 Within 10 days from the payment date we’ll send you by mail the original Gift Certificate «Passport of Love. The World Monument of Love».

4. TERMS OF THE PROJECT REALIZATION

4.1 Within 10 days from the payment date we’ll send you by mail the original «Passport of Love. The World Monument of Love».

4.2 «The World Monument of Love» will be constructed regardless of the number of the participants registered in the project for a moment of construction beginning.

4.3 The country and the place for construction of «The World Monument of Love» will be chosen finally no later August, 1st, 2008.

4.4. The architectural project «The World Monument of Love» will be approved no later December, 31st, 2008.

4.5. The beginning of construction «The World Monument of Love» will be started on January, 30th, 2009.

5. MODIFICATIONS to the PRESENT RULES

5.1 We constantly search new ways to make the project «The World Monument of Love» and this website perfect. We can change the present Rules and Conditions at any moment, send you the notice on new Rules and/or publish the changed rules on the corresponding page of the website.

5.2 Such modifications shall be effective within thirty (30) days after publication on the website and/or after sending you the notice on change of Rules by email. After that we honesty consider, that you have accepted the new edition of Rules and completely consent with them.

5.3 Actual version of Rules and Conditions is always available on the page at <http://worldmonumentlove.com/terms_of_service.php>. Conditions described under point 6 of the Rules are not a subject to change.

6. CONDITIONS WHICH CAN NOT BE CHANGED

6.1 «The World Monument of Love» will be constructed regardless of the number of the participants registered in the project for a moment of construction beginning.

6.2 Names of all participants of the project will be written directly on a monument as names of the founders of «The World Monument of Love».

6.3 Each participant of the project «The World Monument of Love» receives «Passport of love. The World Monument of Love».

6.4 Each participant of the project receives his own page on a website of the project «The World Monument of Love» at the address http://worldmonumentlove.com/XXXXXXX where XXXXXXX is the number of «Passport of Love. The World Monument of Love» or the Screen Name specified during registration.

6.5 The website of the project «The World Monument of Love» will be accessible on the Internet during the longest possible time; a special fund will be formed for its maintenance. The primary goal of the fund will be maintenance of operability and availability of the website while there will be an Internet and Mankind.

7. REGISTRATION, PASSWORD AND SAFETY

7.1 It is allowed to use only your personal name and a surname or a pseudonym for registration on the website «The World Monument of Love». It is forbidden to speak on behalf of other persons and to use their photos.

7.2 Every person has inherent right to love. Your beloved can be any person who it was. It means that you can make a declaration of love to any person. In confirmation you will receive “Passport of Love. The World Monument of Love». Your name and a name of your beloved person will be written on «The World Monument of Love» as names of the founders.

7.3 Upon completion of the registration procedure you will receive the login and the password for accessing and editing your personal section on the website «The World Monument of Love».

7.4 You account for safety of your login and the password, and also for everything, that will be made on the website «The World Monument of Love» under your login and your password.

7.5 You agree that you are obliged to notify us immediately on any cases of non-authorized access under your login and the password and/or about any infringement of safety, and also that you independently finish the work under your login and password (by clicking the «Logout «button) upon termination of each working session on the website. The website is not responsible for possible loss or damage of data which can happen because of infringement of these rules.

8. COPYRIGHTS

8.3 «The World Monument of Love» gives you the personal right to use the website and the software provided that neither you, nor any other persons with your assistance will not copy or change the software; create the programs derivative of the software; get into the software with the purpose of extracting the code of programs; to carry out sale, concession, tenancy, transfer to the third parties in any other form of the rights concerning the software, and also to modify programs of the website, including with the purpose of non-authorized access to the website.

9. USE OF THE SITE

9.1 You agree that when using the Website you will not make and/or try to make any illegal actions.

9.2 Placing of the pornographic information on the Website is forbidden, including, but not being limited to: photos, any images, video or texts of pornographic character.
